dConstruct Technologies Pte Ltd and its affiliates and related companies (collectively, “Group”) values the privacy of our users ("user" or "you"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use our software by dConstruct Technologies Pte Ltd and its affiliates. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please discontinue your use of the software.

This Privacy Policy relates solely to personal data supplied by you or collected from you as a result of your access to or use of the software when you browse, use, participate in any activity or service on, or post any notice on, the software; or respond to other online surveys, polls, contests, lucky draws, promotions and purchases. Any personal data voluntarily provided by you or collected from you as a result of your access to or use of the software will be used for the following purposes: 

Enable you to access or use a service on the software. 

Identify you when you access and use the software in order for you to enjoy a personalised experience. 

Improve the software service offerings (including notifying you by email or post about special offers and products and services that may be of interest to you), solicit information through surveys, resolve disputes, collect fees, investigate fraudulent/illegal/unauthorised activities and send security alerts. 

Perform analytics such as on market trends and sales opportunities. 

Update the Group’s records and advise you of any products or services which may be of interest to you. 

 

The Group endeavours to take all reasonable steps to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft, unauthorised use, disclosure or modification, and to ensure the integrity of your personal information. To help the Group protect your 

privacy, you must always maintain the secrecy of your membership user ID and password that you may have set up in connection with your use of the software. 

 

Your personal data will not be disclosed to any third party without your prior consent or unless the Group is under a legal obligation or required under lawful request and legal process, to do so, except for disclosures to the following individuals 

or entities which you hereby agree to: 

Government authorities or regulators. 

The Group’s professional advisers (including its lawyers, accountants and auditors), business alliance partners, and third-party service providers (including those who provide payment, administrative or other services to the Group in connection with the operation of the software and/or of its business, and data processors). 

Other companies related or affiliated to the Group, or prospective buyers of the Group’s business or assets (whether as a result of liquidation bankruptcy or otherwise) or if the Group merges or is acquired. 

 

Personal data supplied by you or collected from you as a result of your access to or use of the software: 

is retained by the Group for as long as the purpose for which the data was collected continues, and will subsequently be destroyed or de-identified from you unless retention thereof is necessary to satisfy legal, regulatory or accounting requirements or to protect the Group’s interests; 

may be transferred to overseas facilities used by the Group for processing or storage of its records. By using the software, you hereby consent to such transfers; and 

may be anonymised (so as not to contain unique identifiers, e.g. name, email address and contact numbers, or which when taken together, will not identify you personally), and/or aggregated with other data of specific criteria, and such anonymised and/or aggregated information may be used by the Group and shared with third parties for their own uses. 

 

In order to improve the service offering at the software, the Group may use automated tracking devices (e.g. a cookie which is a small amount of data that the Group’s server sends to your web browser when you visit certain parts of the software and the use of which is intended to assist the Group’s understanding of your interests in the software). You can disable cookies from being stored on your computer by changing your browser settings, but it may result in a limited experience of the functionality and services on the Software and in some cases may mean that the Group is unable to provide you with the services, or parts of the services, that you have requested. 

 

The software may contain links to third party websites which are not under its control/responsibility. You should note that any personal information that you provide to such third-party websites is not subject to this Privacy Policy. You should be aware of their privacy and security policies. 

 

This Privacy Policy is not intended to, nor does it, create any contractual rights whatsoever or any other legal rights, nor does it create any obligations on us in respect of any other party or on behalf of any party. 

 

The Group reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to modify without prior warning or notice this Privacy Policy. Such modifications will be effective upon posting or notice to you. You agree that your continued use of the software after such modification will constitute an affirmative acknowledgement by you of the modifications and agreement by you to abide and be bound by such modifications. The Group recommends that you periodically review the current version of this Privacy Policy.
